Getting my non-functioning Dual turntable working again had been on my mind for several weeks. I had even taken it down to the motor and found the belt literally disintegrating in my hands. Just days ago I was like a kid in a candy store when I found there was an electronics store that carried belts and replacement parts for turntables close by. I raced down there in my '73 Volkswagen Squareback believing I would find the prize like a revisit to the closet in the Narnia books, I expected the door to be open. It closed as quickly as it was opened. After realizing I would have to resort to internet sources to replace the belts and do several hours of cleaning and testing just to possibly get it running again, my turntable dreams were once again shelved.

These three things were like the trifecta for this music lover. Micheal says "50% off eveything at Pepperland today and tomorrow" on his Facebook page. I say "Do you guys have any turntables for sale?". He says, "Audio-Technica". I say "Can you hold on to it for me?...I'm coming over in 20 min".

I'm set up....the music is here. It will be here everyday for forever. No less than an album a day forever.
